My main concern and the reason for the low score was the poor management, defensiveness, difficulty of reaching someone, and the rude tone.The owner/manager is hard to reach when needed, even though the promise was availability and is very defensive making him difficult to talk to. The tone became rude soon after the initial deposit and when the first issue was encountered.(Issue - We booked an additional trade to work in areas that other trades were not in. The other trades and this manager refused to coordinate, eventually the sub-contractors agreed and this ended up working out but only with personal oversight. During this issue, the manager was not cooperative and made the entire process more difficult.)I am sure this would have gone differently if I was not in a rush, but alas here we are, the manager will take a single word in a conversation out of context and build the entire quote/job based off a single word, this I should have caught on the initial quote but due to time constraints missed it, and the resolution cost quite a bit more over budget, no responsibility taken by the manager for the missed wording due to poor note taking during initial walk through.In the end, the work of the SUB-CONTRACTORS was good, but I would not hire this company again, as the stress and difficulty of working with them was far from acceptable.

When we decided to replace all our flooring on our main level, I knew I wanted to hire LCF Flooring Ltd as they had such a great reputation. They did not disappoint. From my initial conversation with Dillon, to picking out the material in their beautiful showroom, it was clear we made the right choice. We were given clear instructions on how to prepare for the install and specific timeframes that were actually met. When your whole living space is disrupted, this concise information and effective communication is invaluable. The finished product was fantastic, the space was clean and we were so satisfied with the follow up and quality guarantee. From start to finish this was an enjoyable experience and we appreciate the excellent service.

We are thrilled with how LCF flooring helped us upgrade our floors! From planning and selecting floors that met our reduced mobility needs and our budget, to the removal of our worn out red shag carpet and efficient installation of the new vinyl planks. Staff were patient and friendly and communicated in detail each step of the process, repeating or clarifying things as needed. The new flooring has not only completely updated the look of our main floor, but has also greatly eased the stress of trying to keep things clean and tidy! The workers were prompt and focussed on getting the work done efficiently. We highly recommend LCF Flooring for anyone looking to get great quality flooring for a very affordable price!

Overall pleased with the floors that we had installed. We were not happy with the finished edges on the hallway closet and asked for them to be finished as the the other one was. Left messages and I feel like once we paid, we were forgotten about. We also asked for 2 small pieces of the baseboards so that we could do the finishing ourselves , but we didn't hear anything back from the companyDisappointing to say the least .. updated to say that the issues were resolved am pleased with the finished product

Dillion and his team were top notch. He helped us navigate a new home warranty situation where all our tiles were cracking.Dillion was knowledgeable, personable, and a great guy to deal with.The installers did a beautiful job with our tile, and they kept our home clean while doing it.All the trades (plumbing, finishing work, demo etc) were respectful of our space and did an excellent job.Dillion was readily available for any questions or concerns. (Even Sunday morning at 8 am🤣)Would 100% recommend this team to anyone.

LCF Flooring was amazing to work with. The entire process was flawless from the moment I called reception to get a quote all the way through installation and the payment process. Truly a professional organization. And most importantly their office receptionist and the installer were totally top notch. What a pleasure to work with this company. Highly recommended.

Our experience with LCF was lack lustre to put it nicely. Their lack of professionalism when concerns about the fit and finish of our flooring, baseboards and edging were brought up was surprising and disheartening. I had initially emailed them explaining the issues and the poor quality of work done in certain areas, while the majority of the floor looked perfect and I was happy with it, there were spots that had me scratching my head wondering how a company as such could be proud of the work they do. After this email I was met with a frustrated co owner showing up and fighting me on every request I had to have these floors and baseboards fixed. He was disrespectful, refused to listen to what we had to say until I became very stern and told him that he was most definitely going to fix this and then throughout the entire time they were frustrated with me when I had a critique of the work because I am so particular of the quality in the work being done. When I asked him why the edges were not straight he blamed the saw instead of just taking ownership in the fact that he didn’t cut it straight. A handyman never blames his tools. This review is met with a word of caution from myself for any future customers of LCF, do not allow them to bully you into acceptance of below quality work because they don’t feel like fixing it. After they came back to fix the issues they looked great and it proved to me that they do in fact know what they are doing and are capable of high quality work (when they feel like it) We spent just over $19,000 for this flooring by the way. The last photo of the baseboard is their “repair” after coming back a second time. It looks awful, I suggested they sand it before painting over it and they clearly didn’t listen. Had I know that this was the type of work they did, I would have gone with the next company that wants $5000 more than these guys quoted because at least they stand by their work.A bad review is worth more than a day of good work to fix mistakes, unfortunately the mistakes were not all fixed and I am not pleased with their incredibly poor customer service.

Ordered a full mainfloor install with vinyl plank. Super excited. Install had a few issues. Owners seem arrogant. Took a month and several phone calls to get my issues resolved. A disappointing ending. Really unfortunate because it could have been a great experience if the owners weren't rude or disrespectful. I hope they listen and improve.

The customer service that we received was great. The work was done in a timely matter and the quality of work was 10/10. They were patient with us and helped up choose the right tile that would work best for our new shower. Overall, the purchasing and installation process was smooth and worth the money.I would highly recommend this company to complete any work that you need done in your home. They are fantastic !!!
