Next Floor in Edmonton

We carry Next Floor for its resilient flooring, and it comes up most often on commercial and rental jobs: offices, retail units, common areas and suites that see heavy traffic and need to be turned over quickly. Several Next Floor collections are marked Canada-only on its own site, which makes the range easy to plan for Canadian projects.

Next Floor's LVT range is its largest resilient family, with collections such as Bedrock, Coastal Resort, Edgewood, Groundwork, Indestructible Plus, Level Best II, Marvelous Plus and Patina. Next Floor uses what it calls Real Touch embossing, designed to mimic the look and texture of natural wood and stone.

StoneCast is a rigid resilient floor. Next Floor presents it as waterproof, not affected by spills or moisture, and says it will never swell when exposed to water. It also mentions a lifetime waterproof warranty; see the manufacturer's warranty for the terms. Collections include Amazing Pro, Epic II, Expanse II, Incredible III, Mayfair II, Monumental and Wildwood.

ScratchMaster is Next Floor's hard-wearing option. Next Floor says it meets the AC5 heavy commercial traffic standard and that most marks and fine scratches wipe right off. Collections include Astonishing, Botanica, Center Point and Organica.

The right floor depends on the traffic, the rolling loads, how the space is cleaned and how quickly it has to reopen.
