We had LVP installed & we are above thrilled with it & the service from start to finish! The two gentlemen that installed were amazing, every question or comment I had he answered. We were so nervous due to the bad experience we had when our floors were installed previously but they went above & beyond to ease my fears & I would highly recommend LCF flooring! Thank you so much for our now beautiful floors! Hope Moore

We had flooring installed by LCF Flooring in January and the experience was very disappointing. When we returned home, the house was left extremely dirty with dust and debris throughout. No effort was made to protect our furntiure, our bed was covered in sawdust, the heat vents were full of chip board, and even areas like the garage stairs were left in worse condition than before. We are still dealing with glue and residue on the floors weeks later. LCF Flooring did return once, but only because parts of the original contract were not completed properly, including returning to finish the baseboards which apparently they had forgotten to do. There was also issues such as a heating vent being covered over and sections of flooring that had been cut short. Some issues were resolved at that time while the condition of our home and other concerns were never dealt with. As a matter of fact Dillon emailed advising that they would no longer communicate with us, and that as far as he was concerned they had met all requirements of the contract. We found LCF to be dismissive and condescending in response to our concerns, taking little to no accountability for the issues raised. Overall, the lack of care, cleanliness and customer service resulted in additional costs and ongoing frustration. We expected a professional standard of work and did not receive it. Dianne

Just had LCF install 1200 sq ft of LVP and I couldn't be happier with the process and the result. They were the 5th company I contacted and I felt comfortable dealing with them right from the start talking with Lana about different products, to peppering Dillon with questions when he came by for the measurements and estimate, and finally in dealing with Andrey and Oleg who removed the existing carpet and tile and installed the LVP. This was a seamless operation from start to finish with professional installers who did a fantastic job (including protecting my space from dust and debris, to cleaning up afterwards). I love my new floor and would definitely recommend LCF for a project you're considering for your home.
